This book is photographer Eduardo Nave's particular tribute to the Normandy Landings, which has just celebrated its 75th anniversary.

Every year since 6 June 1944, what is undoubtedly one of the most important events in modern history, which brought about a change in the configuration of Europe, is commemorated. Between 2003 and 2005, Eduardo Nave took two photographic series on the beaches of the Landing, and a final one in 2019, in the year of the 75th anniversary. All of them make up this beautiful book, in which the author explores what remains today on the ground of that key moment in history.

Eduardo Nave is one of the most established photographers of his generation. Founder, along with thirteen other artists, of the contemporary photography collective NOPHOTO, in 2014 he launched the publication Dúo with four other editors, and in 2016 he created and coordinated the project El Diari Indultat. Since 2001 he has been a regular contributor to national and international media, and has received important awards and grants for his work, such as the Fujifilm Euro PressPhotoAwards, third prize in the 11th edition of the ENAIRE Foundation Photography Prize and the prize for the best book of the year at PHotoESPAÑA 2018. He has held numerous solo and group exhibitions, and his work is present in many public and private collections.
