All prices are shown in Euros and include taxes (VAT) by the legal value for domestic customers.

Customers residing outside the European Union pay additional taxes. Dispara Xestión Cultural  excludes all applicable taxes by the law of his country. If you are a non-EU customer, please inquire your country's legal duties before purchasing.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and rely on books and weight involved and the geographical area to which they are sent.


All purchases must be paid by one of the available payment methods mentioned below.

When choosing PayPal payment, clients are automatically redirected to the secure payment page after departure PayPal. If you are not a PayPal user, however, you have to register on the PayPal website, and use it from almost anywhere in the world, benefiting from additional security and speed of reimbursements. For PayPal payments, apply general safety conditions of PayPal.

Please note that due to the limited availability from time to time, we can not guarantee a particular book is available at the time of order. In these circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and will be deducted from your credit / debit card.

Shipping / Delivery

All orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of checkout and shipped within 36 hours (weekends excluded) with postage. We provide tracking numbers for all packages.

Orders shipped to Spain / Portugal and the autonomous communities must be received within 1-3 working days. Orders shipped to Europe and the United Kingdom must be received within 3-5 working days. Orders shipped to the United States of America and other regions should be received within 5-10 working days.

If you want your purchase to be shipped with express service, please contact us. We will contact you with a quotation of express shipping.

Return policy

Items must be returned by registered post within 10 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as received. Returns must be paid by the customer. Customers can choose a replacement item, a credit or refund.

Reimbursement by bank transfer will apply if payment is made by bank transfer. If payment is made with PayPal, refunds will be made through PayPal.

We encourage all customers:

Check whether the package is in good condition.

If the package is damaged, open the package to ask the delivery person to wait for verification and check if the product is according to the order and if there are no external visible defects.

Failure to comply with the order, it is an error in the delivered product or visible defects, please refuse the delivery and note the problem filling the form out for this kind of events. Give me the package (s) with all its contents to the person / courier company.

Protection of personal data

Any personal information that is requested will be used only to process your orders and provide support and information on new titles. None of your personal data will be given or sold to third parties.
